We're now looking for a rockstar Growth Strategist to help existing and upcoming clients grow their business.




You will be the first point of contact of a variety of founders, business owners, heads of sales, growth hackers and CMOs who work with us to scale their business.


If you expect to simply deliver tasks, this is not for your. This role is for self starters who are comfortable being autonomous and like to see the positive results of their own initiatives. 

Our ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial minded, team-spirited and versatile individual who doesn't shy away from going the extra mile. If you're good at hitting the ground running and capable of coming up with out of the box solutions, we’d like to meet you.


What you’ll achieve at The Scalelab:


  • You'll be actively involved in scaling B2B companies, from startups, SMEs to larger organizations.

  • You'll learn about new industries, business models, technologies and more from speaking with CEOs, founders, business owners and growth hackers on a weekly basis.

  • You'll manage relationships with clients and be a forward thinker. This means you're always eager to come up with solutions and new ways of growing.

  • You’ll learn from an incredible team around you at both a leadership and peer-to-peer level.

  • You'll actively have an impact on client performance.

  • You’ll have the opportunity to focus your qualifications, skills and interests long term across different business functions such as sales, growth, operations and more. The projects are endless.

Skills and abilities we’re looking for:


  • At a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree qualification. Ideal subject areas include; sales, marketing, growth hacking, e-business, international business studies, e-commerce, business analytics, entrepreneurship and innovation.

  • 2-4 years experience

  • Great communication skills in English, especially on the phone/video calls, as well as the ability to engage any audience.

  • Comfortable working with a fully remote team.

  • A genuine willingness to learn and drive to succeed in your career.

  • Having a rounded and engaged interest in the startup and/or growth hacking ecosystem is a big advantage.

  • Familiarity with Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and other lead generation tools is a plus.

  • MUST: Can work during Hong Kong / Singapore Standard Time (GMT+8).
